Chicago armed robberies were staged so “victims” could obtain visas, feds say

In each incident, federal prosecutors said immigrants in search of visas paid to be the victims of a crime. The masterminds of the ring then staged armed robberies so the victims could be fast-tracked for the special visas. CBS 2 Investigator Megan Hickey reports.
